- Fill in the contact form below with as much detail as possible. We do get a lot of calls with referrals that don’t include all the information we need. We always direct our clients to the contact form for the best chance of getting an appointment.
- We will then prioritise you based on your needs and availability of our therapists. We are currently experiencing a very high demand for services and have a waitlist. While you are waiting to get an appointment we recommend you read our blog posts and follow us on social media
- When a spot becomes available one of our admin team will contact you to book an initial appointment and send you our service agreement and consent forms. We will also request any previous reports you may have.
- Once all paperwork is completed we will see you in the clinic or in the community depending on your preference
