Rainbow Speech Pathology aims to provide benefits to our employees for the various life stages. The following benefits are available for our full time and part time employees.
The Rainbow Speech Benefits
For all permanent employees are eligible for one week of parental leave within the first 12 months of the birth of their child.
You can purchase up to 2 weeks leave per annum in addition to your annual leave.
This will be deducted over a 12 month period over a calendar year. Leave purchase but not used by 31st of December will be paid out in the February Pay run.
Clinical employees you are entitled to $1,500 per annum and 3 days leave per year, based on a 7.6 hour day.
This allowance and leave is pro-rata for part time employees.
Flexible work arrangements, including the option for work a compressed working week (38 hours across 4 days).
You can claim up to $200 per annum for the purpose of using for yoga, health app subscriptions, gym memberships, CrossFit etc and personal allied health appointments (GAP Only).
You should submit your claim via an employee expense allow with a copy of the receipt.
Earn up to 10% of base salary if you are in a clinical role, based on your billable targets. Potential for this to be converted to leave.

Earn up to $500 if you recommend someone for a role with RSP and they remain beyond their probation period.
Subject to availability, Rainbow Speech has a company provided vehicle for client visits
Company provided laptop, iPad and phone for use in your role.
Weekly for new grads and fortnightly for others- quality in house supervision in the form of work shadowing and one on one clinical supervision provided by a senior speech pathologist. External supervision with senior specialists as required.

We are looking for a dedicated Speech Pathology Assistant and Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team so that we can bring therapy to more people. Casual and permanent roles available!
